Real-Estate Training Courses
Lead-Hazard Training FINALLY, workshops on Lead-Based Paint in Residential Property that fully integrate the requirements of Cal/OSHA, EPA, HUD, DTSC, AQMD and other regulatory agencies. Owner/Manager/Supervisor Course—No other basic lead-hazard program is as detailed nor provide the step-by-step training to assure full compliance with all lead regulations as applied to residential property. Worker Course provide hands-on residential property lead hazard training in English, Spanish and Chinese. No other training provider has gone to such lengths to provide instruction in these languages, including full translations of handouts, manuals, planning tools, and hour-long video. NOTE: Cal/OSHA and HUD require all workers and supervisors who perform maintenance, renovation, or repairs of residential property built before 1978 to be trained on the hazards of lead and receive ANNUAL training. •• All students who successful complete either course will receive a “Notice of Completion” as authorized by HUD’s “Lead Safe Work Practices” course requirements. •• Mold-Hazard Training Mold is the most recent environmental challenge to the residential real-estate industry to which regulations became effective January 2002. Our courses are quick to the point giving step-by-step compliance procedures in the Owner/Manager/Supervisor Course and specialized hands-on training for workers in our Worker Class. Again, Worker Courses are available in English, Spanish, and Chinese. No one else provides these language services.

Both the Lead-Hazard and Mold Hazard Courses can be taught at your facility directly to your employees. Similarly, our Computer Training and Diversity Training bring experts directly to your workplace. Business Computer Training Our computer experts come to your office and train on-site in the uses of Microsoft products— such as Word, Excel, Access, with special emphasis on database construction and maintenance, mail merge, labels. and more in both Windows and Macintosh environments. Diversity Training Diversity is a tool, let it work for you. We provide Diversity Training by some of the leading experts on sexual harassment, sexual orientation discrimination, Americans with Disabilities Act, Affirmative Action, Title IX compliance, and more. Translation Services Our team of experts can help you translate brochures, videos, memos, newsletters and other business correspondence into a number of languages. Translation Services are low cost and fast. Formatting available for non-Roman languages. Video Production Our state-of-the-art computer Video Production system is available for digitizing analogue video sources, editing, subtitling, and the creation of DVD programs besides burning DVDs. All companies that successfully complete Lead or Mold training, are given the opportunity to have their business listed on our Vendor List free-of-charge. This is an added benefit to our customers.
